The patron of Affi is Saint Peter the Apostle, celebrated on 29 June in the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli.
The second weekend of June, in the old borgo, comes the Festa Medievale, which reached its twenty-fifth edition in 2025. In the first or second week of July comes the Sagra di San Luigi, and on 24 August the Sagra di San Bartolomeo, with a livestock fair. The town holds the Chiesetta di San Bartolomeo, the Church of Sant'Andrea and a historic FS steam locomotive, and hosts the future site of the «Museum of the War That Never Happened».
