The patron of Soave is Saint Lawrence, celebrated on 10 August in the Church of San Lorenzo.
On the third Sunday of May, the Festa medioevale del vino bianco Soave is held, with medieval games, a showcase of old crafts and the characteristic investiture ceremony of the «Castellane di Suavia». Since 1929, on the third Sunday of September, the grape harvest feast is instead celebrated, the oldest in Veneto. The town also holds the Castello Scaligero and the Shrine of Santa Maria della Bassanella.
