The patron saint of Sommacampagna is Saint Andrew the Apostle, celebrated on 30 November in the Church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo.
The first week of January hosts the Festa del Brocoletto di Custoza, dedicated to the local vegetable, and this period also brings Carnival, whose town mask is Messer Gidino. The first weekend of August, in the hamlet of Caselle di Sommacampagna, holds the Sagra di San Luigi, while August also brings the Festa della Madonna at the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Monte. The town also holds the Custoza Ossuary and Villa Venier.
