The patron saint of Spoltore is Saint Panfilo of Sulmona, celebrated on 28 April in the Church of San Panfilo, with the traditional patronal procession.
Among the various religious occasions celebrated in the municipality, the main ones are the Good Friday procession, the so-called «Running Madonna», and the patronal procession of Saint Panfilo itself. During the Easter holidays, another moment of great popular participation is also held. The town also holds the Torre Sterlich and the Palazzo Feudale.
