The patron of Bard is Saint Mary of the Assumption, celebrated on 15 August in the church dedicated to her.
It is a village feast in the strictest sense: Bard counts one hundred and twenty-five inhabitants, squeezed between the Dora and the rock that holds the fort so many come to see.
