The patron saint of Lillianes is Saint Roch, celebrated on 16 August, in the parish church dedicated to him, from the 17th century, whose bell tower instead dates from the 15th century: a detail testifying to the presence of an earlier place of worship on the same site, two hundred years before the present building.
Lillianes's municipal territory also includes the Truc fountain, the Plan des Sorcières, the Ponte Vecchio and the chapel of Santa Margherita, as well as the Museo della castagna, which tells the story of one of the most important traditional crops of this Alpine valley.
