The patron saint of Andorno Micca is Saint Lawrence, celebrated on 10 August in the Parish Church of San Lorenzo.
At Carnival, the «fiacà» is prepared, a rustic cake with corn flour and raisins, a tradition still alive in the town. The municipal territory also holds the Oratory of Santa Maria degli Eremiti and the Oratory of San Giovanni Evangelista, as well as the Parish Church of San Giuseppe di Casto.
