The patrons of Corleto Perticara are the Assumption of Mary, celebrated on 15 August in the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, and Saint Roch, co-patron, celebrated on 16 August.
The Church of Sant'Antonio holds the saint's 18th-century wooden statue, solemnly carried in procession every 13 June. The town also holds the Chapel of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary (Santa Domenica), the oldest in town, and the Michele Lacava Municipal Museum, as well as the National Park of the Appennino Lucano-Val d'Agri-Lagonegrese.
