The parish of Centrache, dedicated to the Annunciation of Mary Most Holy, is in the diocese of Squillace; the patron is Saint Onuphrius (sant'Onofrio), honoured and celebrated on the second Sunday of August.
A long time ago a fair was also held, on the first Saturday of August and the following Sunday, established by decree of 29 August 1833; the municipality holds the Chiesa dell'Annunciazione and the Santuario Santa Maria della Luce.
