The patron of Centola is Saint Apollonius, celebrated on 18 April.
On 28 December, the living nativity is held every year, a historical re-enactment of the nativity that brings the old village back to life for a day, now uninhabited due to time and neglect. The town also holds the Castello di Molpa and the Fortino di Monte d'Oro.
