The patron of Postiglione is Saint George the Martyr, celebrated on 23 April; Saint Nicholas of Bari is co-patron, and 31 July is also listed among the municipality's feast days.
On 30 and 31 July the solemn celebrations in honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel take place: on the eve there are shows in the square of Santa Maria, on the 31st solemn masses in the sanctuary and in the evening a procession of confraternities and faithful through the streets of the town. On the first Sunday of May the feast of Saint Elijah the Prophet is also held, with the procession of the statues to the saint's grotto.
