The patron saint of Roccapiemonte is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June in the Church of San Giovanni Battista with solemn liturgical services, the procession of the patron saint and civil events; in the hamlet of Casali, Saint Anne is also celebrated on the same day.
Particularly notable is the Festa del Majo, held every year on 1 May, jointly involving the towns of Roccapiemonte and Nocera Superiore; the tradition, documented since the early 17th century, preserves elements linked to spring rites. The town also holds the Sanctuary of Santa Maria di Loreto and the Basilica Sanctuary of Santa Maria Materdomini.
