The patron of Travo is Saint Antoninus (Sant'Antonino), celebrated on 4 July.
The leading instrument of this area is the Apennine piffero, a folk oboe which, accompanied by the accordion and once by the müsa (the Apennine bagpipe), leads the dances and enlivens the feasts. The municipality also holds the Castello di Travo, the Castello di Statto, the Castello di Pigazzano, the Torre di Bobbiano and the Parco archeologico di Sant'Andrea.
