The community of Cineto Romano celebrates the feast of its patrons, Saint Agatha on 5 February and Saint John the Baptist on 29 August; Saint Roch is celebrated on 16 August, and more recent are the celebrations paired with the patronal ones, Saint Dorothea on 6 February and the Madonna del Carmine on 30 August.
Since 1787 the custom is attested of holding a public offering to designate a «lord» of the feast, the «festarolo», who had the right to keep the saint's statuette at home for a year, carry it in procession and organise the following year's celebrations.
