The patron saint of Rezzoaglio is Saint Terentianus, celebrated on 1 September. The oratory dedicated to him in the main town, under the parish of Rezzoaglio, was built in the 16th century, first mentioned in a document from 1575: it housed the statue of the titular saint until 1611, when it was moved to the parish church of San Michele Arcangelo, built in the second half of the 18th century, rebuilt in the 19th century and remodelled in 1929, where it still stands today.
The town also preserves the parish church of San Pietro apostolo, in the hamlet of Alpepiana, whose earlier building was demolished by a landslide during the 18th century, before being rebuilt between 1804 and 1813 and consecrated on 7 August of that same year. Every year, in July, at Lago delle Lame, a historical reenactment dedicated to the world of the Ligurian Celts is also held.
