The patron of Zignago is Our Lady of Dragnone, celebrated on 8 September. The sanctuary dedicated to her was erected on Monte Dragnone, near the hamlet of Pieve di Zignago from which it takes its name: according to some 18th-century documents kept in the town's parish archive, the building replaced an earlier religious structure, and construction was completed in 1856.
Zignago's municipal territory includes the peaks of Monte Dragnone and Monte Fiorito, both over 1,000 metres in altitude, crossed by the Casseruola, Mangia and Scannabecco streams. The town also preserves the parish church of San Martino vescovo and the church of San Pietro apostolo.
