Saint Gregory, patron of a hamlet with the legend of Andalora and Stefanello
📅 Every year, on 3 September
Stellanello celebrates Saint Gregory on 3 September, in the church of the same name built in 1568; the town's name is said to be tied to the legend of Andalora, abducted by the Saracen prince Al Kadir, and her betrothed Stefanello, killed trying to free her.
