The patron of Gorlago is Saint Pancras the Martyr, celebrated on 12 May in the Church of San Pancrazio.
Although Saint Pancras is the official patron, the community of Gorlago has always celebrated Saint Andrew the Apostle, on 30 November, with greater participation, with a string of stalls through the town centre culminating in a funfair. Saint Anne is also celebrated on 26 July, with an evening procession ending with the kissing of her relic. The town's coat of arms, granted in 1949, recalls the town's Roman origins and the struggles between Guelphs and Ghibellines.
