The patron saints of Trescore Balneario are Saints Peter and Paul, celebrated on 29 June in the Church of San Pietro Apostolo.
The Grape and Bergamo Agriculture Festival, the town's historic feast, lasts nine days and usually falls in the first weeks of September, with concerts, cabaret and folk events, always concluding with a parade of allegorical floats. In the second half of August, instead, the Beer and Music Festival is held, one of the biggest free-entry music festivals in northern Italy. The town also holds the Suardi Castle and the Sanctuary of the Madonna Addolorata.
