The patron saint of Concesio is Saint Roch, celebrated on the first weekend of September.
From 11 to 20 September, the Palio of the San Vigilio districts is held, while autumn also brings the Fiera di Sant'Andrea. The Montini family house, where the future Pope Paul VI was born, is now home to the Paul VI Nativity Scene Museum, the town's main cultural attraction, drawing a yearly pilgrimage of many faithful. The town also holds the Church of Sant'Antonino Martire and the Church of Santa Giulia.
