The patron of Massalengo is Saint Andrew, celebrated on the first Sunday of October in the Church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo.
The town holds Villa Premoli and the Museum of old craftsmen's tools and paleontological finds, as well as the Oratory of the Nativity of Mary.
