The patron saints of Bareggio are Saints Nazarius and Celsus, celebrated on 28 July in a religious-only observance in the Church of Santi Nazaro e Celso.
The first Sunday of October brings the parish feast of the Madonna del Rosario, while the third Sunday of September, in the San Martino district, celebrates the Madonna Pellegrina, whose statue was placed on the altar of the new church after a procession through the town's streets. The first Sunday of June, meanwhile, brings the Festa delle Ciliegie (Cherry Festival). The municipal territory also holds the Sanctuary of the Madonna Pellegrina Mutilata and the small church of Santa Maria.
