The patron saint of Bresso is Our Lady of the Pilastrello, celebrated on the first Sunday of October together with the town fair, in the church dedicated to her.
The municipal territory also holds the church of San Francesco and the parish church of San Carlo. Among the town's places of interest is also the Parco Renzo Rivolta, a large green space named after the entrepreneur who was among the founders of Innocenti.
