The patron saint of Settimo Milanese is Saint Ambrose, celebrated on 7 December following the Ambrosian liturgical calendar observed by the diocese of Milan.
The municipal territory holds the church of San Sebastiano, the Oratory of San Giovanni Battista and the parish church of Santa Margherita, Virgin and Martyr. On 26 October 2014, during the celebrations for the town's feast, the exhibition pavilion built in the gardens of Via Giuseppe Panzeri was inaugurated. The town also holds the Parco dei Fontanili.
