The patron saint of Buccinasco is Saint Gervase, celebrated on 7 December, the feast of Saint Ambrose according to the Ambrosian liturgical calendar followed by the diocese of Milan, in the parish church of Santi Gervaso e Protaso.
The municipal territory also holds the Castello di Buccinasco, the church of San Biagio and that of Santa Maria Nascente, in the hamlet of Buccinasco Castello.
