The patron of Torrevecchia Pia is the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, celebrated on 8 September in the Parish Church of the Natività di Maria Vergine.
The town also holds the Parish Church of Santi Pietro e Paolo Apostoli, the one dedicated to the martyrs Astanzio and Antoniano, and the Church of San Giovanni Battista.
