The patron of Montecopiolo is San Michele Arcangelo, celebrated on 29 September.
Every year, on all the Mondays of September, the traditional Fiera del bestiame e del commercio (livestock and trade fair) is held, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages. The municipality also holds the Santuario Madonna del Faggio, the Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista, the Chiesa di San Ubaldo, the Chiesa di Santa Rita and the Torre di Monteboaggine.
