The patron saint of Campodipietra is Saint Martin, bishop of Tours, celebrated on 11 November in the church dedicated to him. The confraternity of San Martino Vescovo, together with that of the Holy Rosary, kept its founding statutes in the oratory of San Bonaventura, housed within the baronial palace of the Paventi family: the confraternity brothers had already been affiliated since 11 September 1608 with the Venerable Archconfraternity of the Holy Trinity of Pilgrims and Convalescents in Rome.
The town also preserves the former Ducal palace, opposite the mother church: it was the duchess of Campolieto, Claudia Carafa, who lived in the 17th century, who approved new civic statutes and freed the population from the obligation to support passing military troops. The mostly hilly municipal territory is crossed by the Tappino and Ruviato streams and by numerous springs collected by the municipal aqueduct.
