The patron of Bagnoli del Trigno is Saint Vitalis of Rome, celebrated on 20 August.
The town has a busy calendar of feasts: on 8 May the feast of Saint Michael, on 16 June that of the Madonna dei Miracoli, on 18 August Saint Catherine, on the 19th «la firia», on the 20th Saint Vitalis, on the 21st Saint Anthony. At carnival the floats associated with the «Mesi», the months, parade through. In the church of San Silvestro, which has a Romanesque-Gothic portal with three orders of small columns topped by capitals carved with human faces, a wooden crucifix with articulated arms is kept, used for the Good Friday procession.
