The patroness of Fraconalto is the Madonna della Salute e della Pace, celebrated on the first Sunday of July; the village holds the Chiesa di Nostra Signora della Salute e della Pace.
The feast of Nostra Signora della Salute (Our Lady of Health), with a lottery, is held on the first Sunday of July; the feast of Nostra Signora della Pace (Our Lady of Peace) on the second Sunday of July. The calendar also includes the feast of Sant'Anna in the hamlet of Molini on 25-26 July, the Expò Locale Canina (local dog show) in August, the feast of San Lorenzo with fritters in the square on 10 August and the feast of San Bernardo in the hamlet of Castagnola on the evening of 22 August and the afternoon of 23 August. The municipality also holds the Cappella Monte Alpe di Porale, the Monte Calvo and the Monte Poggio.
