The patron saint of Silvano d'Orba is Saint Pancras the Martyr, celebrated every 12 May with a procession carrying the saint's statue from the town up to the Sanctuary hill, where the feast takes place with banquets, food and good wine.
During summer, numerous fairs liven up the village, including the Festa Dra Puleinta, Sportivamente Insieme, the Ferragosto Silvanese and the Festival de l'Unità. The town holds the Castello Adorno and the Chapel of San Giuseppe.
