The patron of Vignale Monferrato is San Bartolomeo, celebrated on 24 August; the municipality holds the Chiesa di San Bartolomeo Apostolo.
Vignale used to hold a significant cultural event every year, 'Vignale Danza', a summer event in which dance companies from all over the world perform; since summer 2015 the Vignale Monferrato Festival has also been organised. The municipality also holds Palazzo Callori and the Chiesa della Beata Vergine Addolorata.
