The patron of Ferrere is Sant'Agostino, celebrated on 28 August.
Ferrere is known in the surrounding area mainly for its feasts and traditions, such as the nativity scenes made every year in every little church on each of the seven hills and the traditional 'Fiera del Miele' (honey fair), established in 2014, which goes alongside the 'Ferrere Miele' contest that rewards the best honeys of Piedmont. The municipality holds the churches of San Defendente, San Grato, San Giuseppe, San Secondo and San Rocco and the Chiesetta di San Pancrazio.
