The patron of Magnano is San Secondo, celebrated on 29 August; the municipality holds the Romanesque church of San Secondo.
The municipality hosts the Festival di Musica Antica, an important summer baroque music event founded in 1986 and hosted both in the church of San Secondo and in the Chiesa parrocchiale dei Santi Giovanni Battista; in August the Fiera medievale di San Rocco takes place, a historical re-enactment in the streets of the old ricetto. The municipality also holds the Oratorio di San Rocco, the Chiesa di Santa Marta and the Oratorio della Sacra Sindone.
