The patron of Bossolasco is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June; in the town's calendar of events the patronal feast is listed for around mid-June.
The calendar includes the rose-blossom festival in early June, the «Formaggi sotto le stelle» (cheeses under the stars) in early August and the chestnut festival in late October; in summer there are painting and art exhibitions. Among the products of the municipal territory are Alta Langa wine, the Piedmont hazelnut, honey and cheeses.
