The patron saint of Ceresole Alba is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on the Monday following the first Sunday of September.
That same first Sunday of September hosts «Ceresole in festa», while the first weekend of June holds the Fiera delle terre rosse. The town holds the Church of the Beata Vergine Assunta, the Church of Sant'Antonio Abate and the Church of the Madonna dei Prati, as well as the museum dedicated to the 1544 Battle of Ceresole d'Alba.
