The patron of Magliano Alpi is Our Lady of Mount Carmel, celebrated on 16 July.
The first week of July hosts the Summer Festival, celebrating the arrival of the season together with the town's patron. Around mid-October, the herders return from the mountains with their livestock and are welcomed into town with the Fiera del margaro (Fèra del marghé, in Piedmontese dialect), where local specialities can be tasted. The town also holds the Parish Church of the Natività di Maria.
