The patroness of Martiniana Po is the Madonna delle Grazie, celebrated on the last Sunday of August.
Since 2004 the Sagra dei piccoli frutti (small fruit festival) has been held, aimed at making known the local production of giant blueberry, white and red currant, raspberry and wild strawberry. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di Sant'Andrea Apostolo and the Museo del Piropo.
