The patron saints of Sanfrè are Saints Peter and Paul, celebrated on 29 June in the Church of Santi Pietro e Paolo Apostoli.
During the patronal feast, the Pro Loco organises games and attractions, and holds the Palio dei Borghi and the Hen Palio. At Christmas, for Epiphany, a living nativity scene with 200 characters and old trades is set up; there is also a mechanical nativity scene inside a small church. The town also holds the Castello di Sanfrè and the Chapel of Sant'Antonio Abate.
