The patrons of Malesco are Saints Peter and Paul, celebrated on 29 June; the municipality holds the Chiesa dei Santi Pietro e Paolo.
In the first week of August Malescorto, an international short-film festival, is held; in the first week of September, in Malesco and the neighbouring towns, the International Chimney Sweeps' Gathering; between the last week of November and the first of December, the Christmas markets. The municipality also holds the Ecomuseo ed leuzerie e di scherpelit.
