The arms of Vignone carry the vines that once covered much of the countryside, now abandoned. The San Martino complex grew between the sixteenth and eighteenth century: the parish church, finished in 1615 over an older Romanesque one, the ossuary chapel and an octagonal cemetery, with the oratory of the Beata Vergine Addolorata at its centre.

The bell tower of the parish church is a bare stone shaft that rises straight and ends in a spire. Inside there is a Mascioni organ of 1892, still in good order. In the hamlet of Bureglio stands the Casa degli Archi, a seventeenth-century building with a well-kept courtyard, now used for cultural events.
