The patronal feast of Pezzana, dedicated to Saint Eusebius (sant'Eusebio), is celebrated on the first Sunday of August, except in years when it coincides with the patronal feast of Vercelli: in that case it moves to the second Sunday.
On the road linking the village to Caresana stands a small chapel dedicated to the Madonna dei Sette Dolori, in whose churchyard there is a statue dedicated to Padre Pio.
