The patron saint of Aradeo is Saint Nicholas of Myra, celebrated on the second weekend of May in the Church of San Nicola Vescovo.
Celebrations in honour of the patron begin with an evening procession on a papier-mâché boat, recalling the Translation of the saint's bones from Myra to Bari. From 16 to 17 August, instead, the Feast of Saint Roch is held, named after the parish church of the same name. The town also holds the Church of the Holy Physicians Cosmas and Damian and the Medieval Gate.
