The patron of Ittireddu is Saint James (San Giacomo), celebrated on 25 July; the municipality holds the Chiesa di San Giacomo.
In the ethnographic section of the Museo Archeologico ed Etnografico, objects of the traditional culture can be seen: farm work, sheep farming, the techniques of preparing and processing food (milk, bread-making and sweets) and those of plaiting, spinning and weaving. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di Santa Croce, the Chiesa di Nostra Signora Inter Montes and the Nuraghe Funtana.
