The patron of Raddusa is Saint Joseph, celebrated twice a year in the village: on 19 March, the day of his liturgical feast, and on 19 September, chosen as the patronal feast.
The September feast is traditionally a thanksgiving to the saint for the wheat harvested in the past season: two Masses are celebrated in the church of the Immaculate Conception, one in the morning and one in the evening after the procession, and after the religious rites it is customary to stroll along Via Regina Margherita, among the stalls and open shops.
