The patron saint of Cerami is Saint Ambrose, celebrated on 7 December, with the church dedicated to him at the heart of the town. The celebrations in honour of the saints are the cornerstone of local traditions: there are six religious feasts, besides that of Good Friday, almost all concentrated in the summer period. The celebrations begin on the second-to-last Saturday of May with the feast of Saint Michael the Archangel, while the first Sunday of July sees the «Festa dell'Incontro»; the other four feasts, in the summer period, are dedicated to Saint Anthony Abbot, the Madonna del Carmelo and Saint Sebastian.
Cerami preserves traces of its history in the castle, in the Ponte di Cicerone and in the churches of Sant'Antonio Abate and San Biagio, as well as the nearby Sambuchetti-Campanito nature reserve.
