The patron saint of Letojanni is Saint Joseph, celebrated on 19 March in the Cathedral - Parish of San Giuseppe.
The new building, erected partly on the ruins of the Palazzo del Marchese Reitano, was inaugurated precisely on 19 March 1931, on the occasion of the feast in honour of the patron saint. In the past, on the first Sunday of August, a spectacular sea procession was also held: after the religious services, the saint's statue was placed on a boat and carried along the coast. The town also holds Monte Pietrabianca and Villa Garbo.
