The patron saint of Rodì Milici is Saint Bartholomew, celebrated on 24 August in the church dedicated to him. The municipality was born from the union of two distinct ancient villages, each with its own devotions: at Rodì, besides Saint Bartholomew, Saint Philip of Agira is venerated, on 12 May, in the church named after him; at Milici, instead, the patron is Saint John, celebrated on 24 June.
The municipal territory also preserves the remains of ancient Longane, a Greek polis of which a necropolis and other archaeological remains survive, evidence of a settlement that predates by centuries the birth of today's villages of Rodì and Milici.
