The patron saint of Lisciano Niccone is Saint Benedict of Nursia, celebrated on 21 March.
The municipal territory holds the church of Saint Thomas the Apostle, built in the 11th century, along with a castle from the same period that also belonged to the Marquises of Sorbello, of which only a few ruins remain today, testifying to its once-imposing bulk: it was once the seat of the municipality, before it was moved down to the valley. In the locality of Val di Rose, near the hamlet of Crocicchie, stands instead the church of San Niccolò, which holds an altarpiece of the Raphaelesque school painted around 1515 by Eusebio da San Giorgio. The Castle of Reschio, located along the provincial road, is part of the chain of walled settlements placed in Umbria, at the time under the Papal States, along the border with the Grand Duchy of Tuscany.
