The patrons of Tambre are Saints Hermagoras and Fortunatus (Ermagora e Fortunato), celebrated on 12 July; the municipality holds the Chiesa dei Santi Ermacora e Fortunato.
The municipality also holds the Giardino botanico alpino «Giangio Lorenzoni» (alpine botanical garden), the Museo di Ecologia «Giovanni Zanardo», Palazzo dei Lisandri and the church of Sant'Osvaldo.
